This is a luxury, small group (eight people) wine tour of Mendoza´s fine wine region.  We spend the day visiting the very best wineries (three to four in one day) and trying the best wines in the most beautiful locations. A multiple course gourmet lunch with wine pairings is included. A guide accompanies you throughout the day and gives insights and anecdotes regarding wine and Mendoza. Many of our guides are trained sommeliers or winemakers. The tour is in one language and the wineries and region (Lujan de Cuyo or Uco Valley) differ from day-to-day as there are many amazing places to see. Generally speaking we visit Lujan de Cuyo on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays; and Uco on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please specify if you want a particular region. Our tours are fun and casual with the focus on exceptional wines, creative food and stunning settings. The wineries we visit differ from day to day but are from a select group of top-quality producers.

Explore The Andes mountain range on a horseback ride, accompanied by bilingual guides. Decide whether to taste an authentic Argentinian barbecue, or "asado", with some red mendocinian wine.

We begin this journey doing the international rout N°7 with the imposing view of the Potrerillos Dam. The next point on the route will be Uspallata; former pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpe people and now current head village of this mountain route. From this point, the southernmost of the Inca Empire, we go to the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the former Penitentes ski resort.

Further along our rout, we’ll come to Puente del Inca, a unique natural rock formation, surrounded by thermal springs, that looks like a bridge over Las Cuevas River. A few kilometers away, located at 2750 m, is the viewponit of the Colossus of the Americas, which with its 6962 m, receives visitors from all over the worldwho wants to reach its summit.

Finally we will arrive at Las Cuevas villa, located at 3200 m. to have our lunch and tour one of the authentic villages of our country.

You will be able to discover all the secrets of the world of wine in Mendoza. We visit an artisanal, family and organic winery that teaches us the work in the vineyard, the production process, the storage and we finish with the tasting of two wines. Then we visit a modern, boutique winery, where we see the contrast between both industries, enjoy time in the vineyard, and relax while tasting two wines. Next we visit an olive oil factory, they detail the production and finally we will try the products they make (ATTENTION: temporarily visit in Spanish). At the end of the afternoon we visited a sweet liqueur wine cellar, a museum winery with more than 100 years of experience that reveals its secrets so that we can enjoy its valuable and traditional wines. Registered fro PreViaje. Group size no more than eight people with breakfast and lunch with wine included. Unlike most other Mendoza agencies we actually enter Aconcagua Park and hike for one hour. An extravagant barbecue lunch with limitless wine is also included. Travel the old Trans-Andean railway via minibus on this 8-hour small-group tour. With your guide, pass the snow-capped Cordón del Plata and stop by the turquoise Potrerillos lake on your way to the mountain town of Uspallata. After passing through Penitentes Ski Resort you’ll reach Aconcagua National Park. On your return back you will have the opportunity to stop and see Puente Del Inca, a naturally formed bridge over a steep ravine. Once in Uspallata you’ll enjoy an afternoon lunch of Argentine asado (local style barbecue - not gourmet) before concluding your tour at approximately at 5:30pm.

We will head southwest on Provincial Route 86, enjoying the landscapes of Cacheuta until we cross the tunnel that connects this town with Potrerillos. We will contemplate the wonderful view of the Cordón del Plata, Mendoza’s main source of water and, of the picturesque Potrerillos Dam, a mirror of crystalline water in the middle of mountains.

We will continue along this path, contemplating the unforgettable landscape, going through tunnels and bridges, until we reach the town of Uspallata. Again we will make a strategic stop to get a better view of the Valley as a whole.

Already back in the van, we will move a few kilometers, until we reach “Puente del Inca”. Mandatory stop icon of our mountain range.

Once we return to the route, the Aconcagua Provincial Park awaits us. There we will obtain the corresponding permits to make a walk of approximately one hour, to the viewpoint of the Laguna de Horcones, where we can see the South Wall and the summit of the highest hill in America.

The tour consists of a tour of the region of Luján de Cuyo or Maipú, in a private car and with a driver specifically designated for the client, who will not only be the one who takes him but also who accompanies him and helps him to know, from his experience , the traveled route. 3 wineries and 1 olive grower will be attended during the day, in which visits, tastings and lunches will be made according to the client's preferences. The itinerary will be set up with schedules adjusted to your liking and can be modified if desired with recommendations that you make; it will depend solely on the availability of reservations in the wineries. IMPORTANT - Warehouse costs will be borne by the client.
