In this 3-hour class that takes place in the chef's own Parisian apartment, you'll select 2-3 flavors with the other participants, roll up your sleeves, and get to work. You'll get to leave with a box of your homemade macarons (if there are any left!), and your chef will share with you their own personal recipe by email, so that you can make macarons once back home.

Join me on an exclusive day trip to the magnificent vineyards in Champagne! We'll depart from Paris by taking a comfortable train journey (50 mn) to Champagne Ardennes Station. It's the best way to enjoy the scenery of the French countryside, plus I'll already share insights about the tour and personal stories with you! As a wine exporter, I have many connections with different vineyard owners and I actually own one myself in the south of France, so I'd love to share my knowledge with you and reveal you the magic of Champagne making. Upon arrival, we'll make our way to our first vineyard visit by private van. We'll have an exclusive visit to a renowned artisan winery growing some of the finest 1er cru and grand cru grapes near Reims, take à hike in the constatés and will, of course, enjoy a well-deserved tasting afterward! Our next stop will be in Reims, regarded to be the capital of the Champagne wine-growing region. Before enjoying a tasting we'll also visit the breathtaking Reims Cathedral. Reims is also known for its magnificent gastronomy, so next to a delicious tasting we'll also enjoy a traditional lunch along with an artisan Champagne tasting. Our final visit will be to Veuve Cliquot or Pommery (depending on availabilities and dates) where we'll spend some time in the famous crayères (chalk pits dug in antique times) cellars. We'll visit a reknowned artisan winery in the morning where you can enjoy a 90 minute private tour and taste the best wines. Afterwards, it'll be time for lunch. I will personally pick you up at your hotel and we’ll head towards the region of Touraine, which is less than 2 hours away from Paris. The time machine brings us back into the past and into the renaissance Chateau of Chambord, based on Leonardo da Vinci's design. I will show you the picturesque Chenonceaux and its awesome garden and vineyard. As a wine and food professional, I will combine the exciting history and taste of this unique region. Loire Valley is home to some excellent family wineries. You will enjoy the taste of the best local productions and I will introduce you to the producers as if you were following me on one of my own wine tasting trips. The Loire vineyards are home to cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, but also Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Malbec… The Loire is also home to a great culinary tradition and the local restaurant scene is vibrant and generous. We will touch glasses and share a wine pairing lunch in one of the region's best tables.
