Starting from the historic center of the city of Ribera towards the castle of Poggio Diana, it will be possible to admire the Canyon of the Verdura river. You will cross river fords and underpasses and then go up the plateaus, with a breathtaking view. The ride is a mini adventure with simple gravel road, uphills, downhills, narrow village paths - General agility and confidence on a bike are required. An e-bike is a normal geared bicycle with battery assistance.

For a private lesson,write before booking. For groups exceeding the day limit, please write before booking. You will receive hands-on training in pasta preparation from a local chef and use only fresh, wholesome products. I will teach you new cooking techniques that you can easily replicate at home. You will learn about our traditions and receive advice on our cuisine. Notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
