Your knowledgeable and friendly local guide will take you on an unforgettable journey through streets and alleys that are difficult to access by car. Pedal at your own pace while you discover all the "secrets" hidden by Villa Borghese and Villa Ada, combining nature, art, and history.

You can choose to take the tour with the "Villas of Rome with Coppedè" option, and be enchanted by Coppedè district; or include the visit with audio guide inside the Catacombs of the Capuchin Friars, by selecting the "Villas of Rome with catacombs" option.
It is important to know that to reach Coppedè district you will not ride on cycle paths but on roads open to car traffic. Participants must be confident with riding on open car traffic streets.

The tour will start in Borghese Gallery, where we will visit the old house of Cardinal Scipione Borghese, transformed into a splendid art museum with all the most important sculptures by Bernini. Then, we will continue to admire Villa Borghese, which is a landscape garden in Rome, containing a number of buildings, museums (Galleria Borghese) and attractions. It is the third-largest public park in Rome (80 hectares or 197.7 acres) after the ones of the Villa Doria Pamphili and Villa Ada. The gardens were developed for the Villa Borghese Pinciana ("Borghese villa on the Pincian Hill"), built by the architect Flaminio Ponzio, developing sketches by Scipione Borghese, who used it as a Suburban villa, a party villa, at the edge of Rome, and to house his art collection. The gardens as they are now were remade in the late 18th century.
