The Jungle Prada Tour is a historian-led walking tour of a private seaside garden and featuring the best-preserved American Indian mound in Tampa Bay. The Jungle Prada Site Complex is also thought to be the landing place of the 1528 expedition led by Pánfilo de Narváez, the survivors of which walked from Florida all the way to the Pacific Ocean (1528 – 1536). The privately-owned Anderson Mound has been lovingly preserved by members of the Anderson family for over 80 years.

This tour is for people who are adventurous! Due to the night time nature of the tour, there may be some surprise visits from wildlife. Plan on wearing long sleeves and/or long pants, with bug spray underneath your clothing to deter mosquitos.
