Afrivista Tours have been around since 1997 and we have always offered a fun yet informative experience with pickup in Stellenbosch. We all love wine and feel lucky to live out our passion on tour . Apart from the wine we cover the culture ,history and whatever subjects might be relevant on a day wine tour . Everybody is different and we try and adjust to this . For this reason we advise you to contact us about the exact itinerary on the day because the route can be different to the suggested wineries as listed .Other wineries we often visit are , Rustenberg, Backsberg, Lanzerac, Glenelly ,Remhoogte and many more . Just a footnote ,we do not pickup in Cape Town except with prior arrangement.

This half-day package includes museum admission and round-trip transfer from your Cape Town accommodation, making your trip hassle-free. Robben Island is one of the most visited museums in South Africa and is best booked well in advance. Cape Town's best and most authentic wine tasting experience! The wine tractor is a hop-on hop-off tour of some of the finest wine farms & hidden gems in Stellenbosch's Golden Triangle. Explore the vineyards & working wine farms, visiting grand estates, boutique producers, and historic homesteads. Enjoy a unique perspective that only a tractor can give you as you travel through the back-roads and vineyards while our friendly guides teach you about the area and Stellenbosch's history of wine-making. At every farm you will get 65 minutes to relax and enjoy the wines or grab a bite to eat at a relaxed un-rushed pace before setting off the the next farm. Most farms are child-friendly, offering kids' areas and activities. Only 35 min from Cape Town, 20 from the airport. Please note that cellar tours are not included in the tour. It is a wine tasting tour sampling the different wines produced on each different farm. Cellar tours can be arranged directly with some farms at a extra cost

Transport, wine tour guide and 3 tasting fees & food & wine pairing included. Lunch will be on your own account. Our route is flexible according to clients taste in wine. We love smaller boutique off the beaten track estate and try to avoid the crowds! The route will be different each day. Experience a Guided Bicycle tour through the beautiful historic town of Stellenbosch, in the heart of the Western Cape Wine lands. The tour combines the beautiful scenery and sites of Historic Stellenbosch with excellent wine pairings and some healthy outdoor exercise. Mountain bikes and helmets will be provided. I am a specialist in winemaking and wines and will be able to guide you through this activity providing you with an abundance amount of knowledge on the topic of winemaking and the technicalities of the process. I will also provide insight into the wine industry in Stellenbosch and South Africa as well as the history of wine in our region. Having been born and grown up in Stellenbosch I will provide information on our history, our culture, our languages and much more. You will have spent a day with a local South African, having gained a huge amount of knowledge as well as having had fun. The area is really pretty with its mountains, hills and vineyards. The area will spoil your senses to the limit.

With this wine tour you can experience the surrounding area of Stellenbosch and it’s wine route by way of a Hop on Hop off service and departs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This route goes to 6 different wine estates during the day, you decide where you want to go and how long you want to stay on each farm. Farms visited are Beyerskloof, Simonsig, Delheim, Warwick and Remhoogte and Morgenhof wine estate

Tasting fees are between R60pp - R100pp per estate. You can select the option that suits your budget and wine preferences at each estate. Excluding the tasting fees makes the tour more flexible and really saves the customer money in the end.
